LOGOS Fly-up March 19 marked the end of another great LOGOS year!
Such a fun evening last Tuesday when all of our LOGOS kids boarded the LOGOS airplane and nine 5th graders flew-up to youth group!  More information will be out shortly as we evaluate this year and look forward to making next year even better. Special thanks to our LOGOS leadership team–Leigh Ann Chapman, Becky Koteen and Micah Chu.

Sunday School will be on vacation March 24
There will be nursery care as usual.  Godly Play resumes March 31 with the Faces of Easter stories.

Children’s Easter Choir Rehearses April 7 and 14
Children kindergarten-5th grade have the opportunity to sing alongside the adult choir for the 10.30am Easter service.

Rehearsal times:  April 7 and April 14, for 15 minutes, directly after Sunday worship service.

Please email Sarah if your child will participate.  All LOGOS kids have a head start since they practiced this song at LOGOS.

The Beatitude Experience
At various times during Lent and especially Holy Week, the Chapel will be open for people to visit the Beatitudes Experience, which is an interactive journey through 8 stations based on the beatitudes found in the Gospel of Matthew. Families can spend as little or as much time as they like going through together. There are images and activities that are intergenerational.

Holy Week and Easter Services

Palm Sunday, April 14th, 9:30 am
Come join us for a celebratory service commemorating Jesus’ entrance into Jerusalem. All ages are invited to join in the procession of palms to begin the service.

Maundy Thursday, April 18th, 6:00 pm
Our Maundy Thursday gathering will be a ‘Meal-around-a-worship-experience’ – a non-traditional, family-oriented dinner and service in our Fellowship Hall.

Good Friday, April 19th, 6:00 pm
On Good Friday, we will host a Taizé meditation in our sanctuary. Taizé is a reflective, peaceful experience by candlelight centered on simple, contemplative sung prayers balanced with scripture readings and extended silence. It is ecumenical in nature, ideal for people from any religious tradition (or no tradition at all) to join in.

Easter Sunday, April 21st, 8:30 am & 10:30 am
For Easter Sunday, we are offering two worship celebrations of Love resurrected. Both services will feature special music from our Chancel Choir, Bells, and an Intergenerational Easter Choir, as well as brass & percussion. Coffee & refreshments will be served in between services in our Fellowship Hall.
